We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the President and CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our organization, including overseeing operations, managing staff, and working with our Board of Directors to achieve our mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to raise capital and grow our lending activities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new loan products and recommend changes to existing loan products.
- Represent the agency at the local, state, and national level and maintain good relationships with elected officials, developers, financial institutions, community groups, and others.
