As our next Grants Compliance Associate, you'll help keep critical programs running smoothly by supporting grant processes, tracking deadlines, and ensuring documentation is organized and audit-ready. What You'll Do
You'll be the organized, detail-oriented force behind some of our most important work:
Manage calendars and meeting logistics for task groups, trainings, and planning sessions.
Keep digital files and documentation organized across programs.
Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions for cross-agency meetings.
Monitor timelines and help teams meet critical deadlines for grants and compliance.
Support communication across departments and with partner agencies.
You'll use Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) every day to stay on top of tasks, share information, and collaborate with colleagues.
