We provide housing for families, veterans, and low-income seniors. We also support people with developmental disabilities, offer restorative justice programs, and give free HIV testing and education.  VOA started in 1896. 1. Drive participants to and from meetings, groups, and appointments as needed.
2. Maintain operational control of the facility in the absence of senior staff.
3. Ensure client’s compliance with Volunteers of America policies and rules.
4. Maintain van sign-in/sign-out log.
5. Monitor clients in van and facility and their behavior.
6. Complete required documentation.
7. Attend training and supervision.
8. Observe and report maintenance needs and safety hazards
9. Provide transportation for clients.
10. Provide childcare.
11. Observe and report maintenance needs and safety hazards.
12. Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) duties as assigned by supervision & PQI Committee.
