Key Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests involving appliance breakdown.
- Perform preventative maintenance on drain systems to reduce future problems.
- Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule repairs.
- Document work performed, materials used, and time spent in the company’s maintenance system.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist maintenance team with general repairs as needed, when appliance work is not scheduled.
- 2 years of appliance repair, or related maintenance work.
- Familiarity with appliance tools and a multi-meter.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of appliance-related issues.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with tenants and property owners.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces.
Salary : $25 - $35
