What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Mechanic B position at Housing Authority of West Memphis?
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - WORKER (FULL TIME),for our two Public Housing Apartment Complexes. Job requirements interior/exterior custodial, maintenance, carpentry, painting, masonry, roofing, electrical, plumbing and other maintenance skills. Communication skills, inventory control skills, multi-tasking skills a must, and good public relations abilities. Three (3) years related experience required and HVAC experience is a plus. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and driver’s license.
Must be able to travel out of town occasionally for meetings and training workshops. Excellent benefits for full time position.
