Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Housing Coordinator at the Elba Housing Authority. The Public Housing Coordinator will be responsible for conducting applicant interviews, lease-ups, interim and annual reexaminations, taking rent, making deposits, entering work orders, answering the phone, maintaining accurate tenant files, and other duties as assigned.

- Comfortable working with computers and learning software
Preferred Qualifications
- Case Management experience
