We are seeking enthusiastic and seasoned Human Services professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in our community. Onsite interviews will be conducted during the event for selected candidates who meet the requirements.
The Office of Resident Services coordinates and delivers a wide range of programs designed to enhance the quality of life for HABC residents and support both economic and personal self‑sufficiency. This job fair is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the work we do and the roles available within our department.
When: Wednesday, July 29, 2026, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Where: Pleasant View Gardens, 201 N. Asquith St., Baltimore, MD
Positions Available
We are hiring multiple Site-Based Service Coordinators. Please note that some positions are grant‑funded.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate, monitor, and implement Resident Services, Incorporated (RSI) programs
• Market programs to Public Housing residents, City residents, and community members
• Identify, screen, and enroll eligible program participants
• Collaborate with community partners to support program delivery
• Utilize knowledge of resident services, social services, and leadership development to achieve program goals
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in social services, counseling, or working with low‑income families (an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered)
• Valid Maryland driver’s license and insurability under HABC’s plan
• Eligible for coverage under the Authority’s fidelity bond
• Must not engage in private real estate business
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends
