What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director position at Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Pequot Lakes?
We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Director to help keep our properties safe, efficient, and welcoming for residents.
In this full-time role, you’ll lead preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance; manage work orders and unit turnovers; prepare properties for inspections; coordinate vendors and contractors; oversee repairs and capital projects; and maintain accurate expense and compliance records.
What we’re looking for: A dependable property-maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and resident-service skills. A valid Minnesota driver’s license is required, along with a Special Boiler Engineer License or the ability to obtain one.
