The Duluth Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has an opening for a full-time Financial Analyst. We are looking for a self-motivated person who is thorough, reliable, and has experience with professional accounting work involving preparation, maintenance, analysis, and auditing of financial records and reports in accordance with workplace policies, State statutes, and federal regulations; who is a problem solver that works well independently or in a team, and has strong customer service skills.
Typical duties include, but are not limited to: analyzing and monitoring financial and budgetary systems, executing complex accounting functions, and recommending improved procedures and methods in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
