Experienced Real Estate /Creative Photographer, Videographer and Drone Pilot (Must have ALL THREE) in the San Antonio area! Must have extensive experience in both to apply.
Do not apply unless you have extensive experience in professional photo and video with real estate along with a portfolio for us to review. No iPhone work.

What We Provide We provide 100% of the marketing, coordinating, scheduling system, editing, and delivery of our services.
We train you on our proprietary skills and techniques so that all products are delivered to our specifications.
The onboarding/ training/skills approval process can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on your qualifications and experience.
What You’ll Do
You must have your own equipment.
- As-needed independent contractor work
- Film real estate listings to our specifications
- Take aerial/drone video of real estate listings
- Film real estate listings for social media with agents in the video
- Provide exceptional customer service experience for our clients
- Travel to appointments within our service areas
- Organize videos upload media to Dropbox for editing
What We Are Looking For
- Heavy experience in videography and photography: Real estate or large production background REQUIRED
- You must have 5 years experience with video and a creative portfolio
- Must have 3 years experience with professional photography (with a professional camera, not a phone)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
- Flexible weekly availability during normal business hours; weekends and evenings optional
- Experience handling, using, and maintaining digital cameras and gimbals (3 years experience preferred)
- Experience handling, using, and maintaining drones (1 year experience preferred)

Equipment Needed
- iPhone Pro model, we provide the gimbal
- SONY Preferred Mirrorless/DSLR camera capable of bracketing 5 images for photos & wide angle lens (14-16mm capabilities)
- Drone capable of bracketing 5 images and filming in 4K (we recommend the DJI Mavic Air or Pro Series drones)-if you do not have a drone we can accomodate but we prefer you have your own equipment.
Other Requirements
- FAA Drone License required for drone pilots
- Access to Dropbox
- Fiber high speed internet-need for uploading files, if not it will take a long time to upload
- Must have liability insurance
- Must have a reliable vehicle & auto insurance
- Do not apply if you have no video experience.

- Monday to Friday (Required to be available during the week between 9AM-8PM)
