This role will be actively involved in scheduled cleanings in client homes and spaces. Our typical client lives in a luxury space, so no nightmare cleaning scenarios, only routine cleanings for spaces and clients who know and value what we do. At Housework, we also care deeply about the health of our team, our clients, and our planet; so we stay away from toxic chemicals and only use non-toxic products. In this role, you’d be responsible for following Housework checklists, using approved tools and products, maintaining a steady pace, and helping deliver consistent results every visit. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, respectful in client homes, and communicates well with the team.

What you’d do:
- The primary function of this role will be completing scheduled cleanings using Housework standards and checklists.
- Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work.
- Complete every job to Housework standards using the correct checklist with no skipped steps.
- Follow the standard cleaning order and route
- Maintain a steady pace while protecting quality and detail.
- Deliver repeatable results that match what the client expects every visit.
- Fix missed areas before leaving and support the team in maintaining consistent quality.
- Use only approved products and equipment, following dilution and usage rules.
- Keep tools clean, organized, and stored properly.
- Restock cleaning kits for each job.
- Travel safely to and from client locations.
- Document completion in the checklist and note any issues, including damage, heavy buildup, access problems, or client requests.
- Communicate schedule issues early, including running late, traffic, or access problems.
- Escalate anything unusual to the Team Lead right away.
- Be polite, calm, and respectful in every home.
- Keep client information private and never discuss clients publicly.

- Willingness to commute to St. Augustine/Beach for cleaning jobs
- Reliable and punctual

Additional Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license (and be willing to drive your own vehicle to and from jobs in St. Johns county)
- Able to lift 30 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel and be mobile all day
- Prior experience not required
Employment Type

Typical Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Huge plus if you also have some weekday availability
- Commercial job shifts available for extra hours if desired (evening shifts)
- Full Shift Availability Required (9:00a-5:00p), both weekend days each week
- ~25-50 hours per month
