What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher & Customer Service Rep position at HousePro?
HousePro is currently looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a residential HVAC dispatcher. As a dispatcher, you will be handling inbound and outbounds calls and are typically the first person any new customers will speak with. You will also be responsible for scheduling and dispatching the technician's to their service calls. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking to customers and technician's in a fast paced environment.
House Pro AC is a growing HVAC contractor that has been serving the Houston area for over 25 years. We are located in the Heights area of Houston and this is an in office position only.
Job Roles:
- Answering inbound calls
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Communicating with technicians
- Ordering parts for technicians
- Scheduling customers
- Entering customer data
- Excellent customer service
- Various administrative duties as needed
- Rotating weekend on call schedule with other dispatchers
Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable on the phone
- Past call center or customer service experience a plus
- HVAC experience a plus but not required
- Minimum level of proficiency with computers
- High school diploma
$18 - $23 Hourly based on experience
