Job Description
HouseMaster Home Inspections is looking for a licensed New Jersey Home Inspector to join our growing team in a full-time salaried position.
This position offers guaranteed weekly income regardless of how many inspections are scheduled. You will not be responsible for marketing, networking, generating leads, or finding your own inspections. Our office handles the marketing, scheduling, customer service, and payment collection.
Your focus will be inspecting homes, educating clients, and completing professional inspection reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential home inspections throughout South Jersey
- Complete accurate and detailed inspection reports
- Clearly explain inspection findings to clients
- Provide professional and dependable customer service
- Maintain inspection equipment
- Communicate with the office regarding scheduling and inspection details
- Perform ancillary inspections when properly licensed or certified

Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Home Inspector License
