What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing residential and rental cleanings across Boone and surrounding areas.
- Following detailed cleaning checklists and systems.
- Communicating clearly with management throughout the day.
- Maintaining a high standard of work quality and attention to detail
- Working independently and as part of a team
Pay Structure
- Training Pay: $15/hour
- Starting Pay: $16/hour after training
- Opportunities for pay increases based on performance, reliability, and work quality
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Most work occurs between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Physically able to clean for extended periods
- Has reliable transportation
- Has a phone capable of taking and sending photos
