Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support daily operations and help ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage scheduling and assist with coordinating calendars and job updates
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation
- Assist with billing, payroll support, and general administrative processes
- Communicate with employees, clients, and vendors as needed
- Help coordinate internal meetings and company activities
- Order and track office supplies and vendor services
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee records
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of office, administrative, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with scheduling and general office systems preferred
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Consistent weekday schedule – no nights or weekends
Compensation
- Hourly wage: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
