Location: Office-based in Woodland Hills CA with occasional travel Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $30 per hour

About the Role

We’re seeking a personable, proactive Customer Service Relations Specialist to help elevate the client experience and reshape our company culture. This role is all about connection—building trust, creating memorable moments, and making every client feel like a VIP.

You’ll act as a relationship concierge, partnering with clients to understand their goals, anticipate their needs, and ensure their experience with us is not just smooth—but unforgettable.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through in-person meetings, thoughtful follow-ups, and genuine engagement
• Help shape a more client-centered company culture through direct feedback and personalized service
• Coordinate client lunches, small gifts, and other gestures that show appreciation and build rapport
• Occasionally travel to client homes (long-distance travel may be required; gas reimbursement provided)
• Conduct most outreach from our office, with some field visits as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Warm, professional, and intuitive approach to client care
• Comfortable driving to client locations when needed
• Passion for creating meaningful, long-term client relationships
