Responsibilities
As an Experienced Travel Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of clients, design tailored travel experiences, and serve as a trusted travel partner from initial consultation through post-trip follow-up. This role is ideal for a seasoned advisor who thrives on building relationships and delivering high-touch service.
- Consult with clients to design customized domestic and international itineraries
- Book and manage air, hotel, cruise, tour, and insurance arrangements
- Maintain strong relationships with preferred suppliers and partners
- Manage client communications, travel documentation, and trip timelines
- Provide proactive support before, during, and after travel
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling
- Stay current on destinations, suppliers, and industry trends
- Provide high level of service to clients ensuring all components and service needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
Experience & Qualifications
- Well versed in geography
- 3 years of experience as a travel advisor (agency experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of leisure travel, destinations, and travel products
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and booking platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented
