We are looking for talented individuals to join our team-oriented culture!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels, and optimizing inventory processes to support the efficient operation of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record in inventory management.

Essential Functions

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order placement.
  • Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with inventory requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve order-related issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
  • Generate and review reports on inventory performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding inventory management.
  • Utilize inventory management software to update and maintain inventory records.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data entry and regularly update product information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the inventory management system.
  • Oversee the receiving and shipping processes to ensure accurate and timely handling of goods.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to streamline processes.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, procurement, and finance.
  • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve inventory-related challenges.
  • Analyzing inventory levels and building capacity, aged product, and return efficiency
  • Provide regular updates on inventory status and performance.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
