About the Role: The Static & Soul Network is expanding its global programming division. We are seeking a visionary, versatile, and detail-oriented Global Music Programmer & Broadcast DJ to curate dynamic, multi-format rotation blocks across our entire broadcast spectrum. You will help shape the soundscape of our network, balancing human curation with innovative AI audio workflows and supporting independent creators worldwide. This role is for a music professional who understands that great programming transcends labels—you will be responsible for defining the voice of a truly global, genre-agnostic station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, schedule, and refine daily music rotation matrices across our entire global broadcast catalog.
- Review, curate, and integrate broadcast submissions from independent human and AI-assisted artists into active station rotation slots.
- Maintain broadcast timing, metadata accuracy, and platform compliance alongside our digital operations stack.
- Host specialty pre-recorded or live broadcast segments, deliver professional voiceovers, and maintain a high standard of on-air presentation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop network-wide programming themes, artist spotlights, and special broadcast events.
- Monitor listener data and analytics to continuously refine rotation strategies and engagement across our entire international footprint.
Qualifications & Skills:
