Qualifications
- Professional licenses: Possess and maintain a current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LSW (Licensed Social Worker) certification.
- Counseling and Therapy Skills: Expertise in individual and group counseling, therapeutic interventions, and case management.
- Organizational and Documentation Skills: Ability to create and manage treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong ability to build trust, exercise empathy, and collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
