The Poultry Farm Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of poultry production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. This role oversees all aspects of bird welfare, farm maintenance, equipment operation, and team supervision while maintaining strict biosecurity and company compliance standards.
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in poultry farming, preferably in broiler, breeder, or layer operations.

Previous experience in farm management or supervising agricultural/livestock operations is an asset.
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and welfare standards.

Understanding of ventilation systems, feed management, and automated feeding/watering equipment.
