Maintenance Electrician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician to support our facility's electrical systems and critical production equipment. This is a high-paying position designed for a professional who knows the ins and outs of industrial electricity, can work independently, and brings strong troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications:

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in production machinery, control systems, and facility infrastructure

• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals

• Install and maintain motors, relays, VFDs, sensors, starters, lighting, and control circuits

• Perform preventive and predictive electrical maintenance on all systems and equipment

• Work safely and effectively around 480V/3-phase systems and high-voltage panels

• Support PLC troubleshooting and upgrades (Allen-Bradley or similar experience preferred)

• Collaborate with other Maintenance team members and Production to ensure minimal downtime

• Ensure all work meets OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards

• Keep detailed records of repairs, inspections, and parts used in CMMS (FMX or similar)

  Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience

  • Deep understanding of control circuits, motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and panels

  • Ability to work safely with high-voltage and troubleshoot under pressure

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with CMMS or maintenance software

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

  • Must provide a current resume detailing relevant work experience
