What are the responsibilities and job description for the Feed Mill Batching Operator position at House of Raeford?
Primary responsibility - batching and pelleting feed to meet all company guidelines on Q/A as well as all State and Federal Regulations including FSMA. Oversee and maintain all automation in the feed manufacturing process. Work with dispatch on feed requirements and scheduling. Insure that all sampling procedures are done according to company protocol. Take daily inventories as requested by Management. Will be trained to operate a Forklift.
Qualifications:
Feed Mill is located in Comer, GA. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Knowledge of Feed manufacturing equipment operation desired but not required. Practical Computer skills and good math skills. Familiar with switches, breakers and some maintenance skills. Good attendance. Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays. THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION - 5:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. Monday - Friday
