Job Overview
House of Noodles and Sushi is looking for a front desk staff.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and orders
- Assist guests with reservations, including taking reservation requests and managing reservation information
- Help manage the front desk and assist with seating guests
- Take and process takeout and delivery orders, including handling customer payments
- Help packing staff prepare and pack takeout and delivery orders
- Assist servers and other team members as needed during busy periods
- Keep the front desk and customer areas clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for our guests
Skills
- Friendly, responsible, and dependable
- Reliable and trustworthy when handling cash and payments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Toast POS is preferred
- Previous restaurant, host, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to multitask and work well as part of a team
- Comfortable answering phone calls and communicating with guests
- Must be available to work holidays as needed
Work Schedule
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Weekend availability is required.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
