Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and supporting catering or banquet setups.
- Support the kitchen team by handling food handling responsibilities with care and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials to keep the kitchen environment tidy.
- Collaborate with servers and culinary staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service periods.
