House of Hope is a faith-based, Christian residential home serving teenage girls and boys ages 12–17. Our mission is centered on helping youth find healing, hope, and restoration while supporting the restoration of families.

We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and task-oriented individual who has a heart for teens and a passion for restoring families. We prefer someone who shares our Christian faith and values.

About the Position

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and a variety of responsibilities, including administrative support, entry level bookkeeping, volunteer coordination, and facility organization.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives on staying organized, manages time effectively, and takes initiative to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a team making a meaningful difference in the lives of young women and their families.

Qualifications

• Female, age 21 or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Bloomerang is preferred, or a willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• A people-oriented, task-focused approach to work.
• A heart for serving teens and helping restore families.
• Alignment with our faith-based mission and values preferred.

Schedule – Part- Time M-F 9:00 am to 2:00 pm onsite in Overland Park, KS.

Pay Range - $18/20 HR – Based on Experience
