Implement behavior and learning programs developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Help children build critical skills in communication, social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation.
Work in home, school, and community settings with the full support of our clinical team.
Our RBT Training & Certification Path
Once hired as a Behavior Technician, you'll complete our structured in house training program to earn your RBT credential. Most team members finish the full path in about 30 to 40 days, and we highly recommend completing your certification within the first 1 to 3 months of hire:

Week 2: Complete your Competency Assessment under BCBA supervision.
Weeks 3 to 4: Schedule and take your RBT Board Exam.
This process is structured and time sensitive. We're looking for individuals who are motivated, disciplined, and serious about building a career helping others.
