More Than a Role — It’s a Calling. House of Healing is looking for a Clinical Supervisor who genuinely enjoys people—someone who leads with warmth, clarity, and high clinical standards, and who believes that great supervision is built on strong relationships.
This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician who wants to support other therapists, stay connected to client work, and help build a team culture that is encouraging, ethical, and growth-oriented. Our supervisors are trusted leaders who see potential in others and help it develop.
We are especially interested in clinicians who bring advanced clinical training (such as EMDR, IFS, neurofeedback, or similar approaches) and enjoy sharing that knowledge in supervision and consultation.

- Provide weekly and as needed individual and/or group supervision to intern, associate, and licensed clinicians
- Help onboard clinicians
- Support case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, and clinical growth
- Offer guidance on cases
- Maintain an active client caseload
- Model strong clinical presence, documentation, and professional boundaries
- Collaborate with leadership to support a healthy, connected team culture
- Review and give feedback on documentation so it meets company and insurance standards
