We are seeking a full-time, on-site Service Advisor/Writer to join our Milwaukee team. The Service Advisor/Writer serves as the primary liaison between our customers and the Service Department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Daily responsibilities include writing and reviewing repair estimates, scheduling maintenance services, coordinating with technicians, and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Proven excellence in customer service, active listening, and clear communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with motorcycle maintenance, parts, and repair processes
- Proficiency in software systems for documenting service orders and maintaining records
- Solid problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Experience or a genuine interest in the motorcycle industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in automotive or motorcycle service are a plus
