House of Grace Treatment Center is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner to provide behavioral health care for our patients.

Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner will plan, direct, and evaluate patient health care in a Treatment program.
Position Duties
· Provide pharmacological and medical/somatic services to patients
· Maintain patient records and produce timely documentation of services rendered into the EMR
· To supervise administration of ketamine
· Consistently monitor patient progress in conjunction with the psychiatrist and Medical Director.
· Treatment plan implementation under Medical Director supervision
· Ordering of diagnostic tests and review of lab work
· Remain current with changes in policies and procedures
· Attend and participate in relevant continuing education and in-service training to improve professional competency
· Maintain professional work conduct and ethical confidentiality
· Perform other related work as required or assigned by the Medical Director or Program Director.
Required Education and Experience
- Must have an active WV license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Tristate Licesce (WV-OH-KY) is a plus
- Must maintain a current DEA license.
