Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of beverages and specials.
• Take accurate orders for drinks and light food items, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, bar station, and dining space in accordance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety regulations while managing dietary restrictions or special requests from guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Experience serving beverages in bars or restaurants, including knowledge of drink recipes and presentation standards.
• Ability to assist with food preparation and support catering or banquet services when needed.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
• Hospitality or restaurant experience that demonstrates reliability and excellent communication skills.
• Barista experience or familiarity with coffee brewing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
