We’re building the founding team at House of Bodhi, a vision taking shape in Prince Frederick, Maryland, rooted in coffee, craftsmanship, presence, aliveness, and co-creation.

Dear Bodhi, our coffee trailer, is where it begins.

We’re looking for warm, intentional, curious humans who care about thoughtfully crafted coffee, delicious pastries, genuine connection, and making the everyday feel a little more special.

This is an opportunity to help shape something from the ground up. As part of our founding team, you’ll help create more than a place to get great coffee. You’ll help create an experience that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and alive.

Experience is lovely, but it isn’t everything. Care, warmth, curiosity, reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn matter just as much. We value people who take pride in what they do, notice the little things, and bring good energy to the people around them.

What You’ll Do

• Craft quality espresso drinks and other specialty beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Create a genuine, welcoming experience for every guest.
• Take orders on Square POS system, process payments, and serve pastries and other food offerings.
• Complete daily prep and help keep service running smoothly.
• Stay calm, attentive, and present in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep the trailer clean, organized, stocked, and cared for.
• Learn our menu, ingredients, and the thoughtful details that make Dear Bodhi special.
• Take initiative, work hard, and jump in wherever needed.
• Collaborate with the team to build a positive, supportive, and creative working environment.

Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re open to the right person who brings the heart, attitude, and willingness to learn.
