House Majority PAC is an organization designed to hold Republicans accountable and help elect more House Democrats. House Majority PAC is committed to building a long-term organization that can take on the Republican outside groups in the battle for the House Majority.The Political Campaigns Desk will be responsible for overseeing HMP coordinated-side engagement in the most high profile congressional races around the country. They will report directly to the Executive Director and will work closely with communications, digital, operations, and research staff.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of HMP’s coordinated-side engagement in assigned races.  Work with vendors and consultant teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products in assigned districts. Products may include but are not limited to: mail plans and creative, advertising plans and creative for radio, television and digital communications. Partner with allied organizations to develop and execute strategies in targeted districts. Coordinate with operations staff to ensure timely and compliant delivery of assets and FEC reporting. Track electoral developments across assigned House races.Manage relationships with campaigns, vendors and consultants across assigned House races. Monitor races daily, providing strategic assessments and updates to internal stakeholders.Work with senior staff to handle budgetary decisions related to the House battlefield.Monitor issue and advocacy work related to HMP’s affiliated 501(c)4 House Majority Forward.Assist with developing materials for donor education as needed. QualificationsDemonstrated commitment to promoting Democratic values and causes.Minimum 5 years experience in electoral campaigns, particularly in House races.Previous experience managing a targeted U.S. House campaign is highly valued. Experience managing or running paid media campaigns - particularly linear television, digital and mail - with large budgets ($1 million ) is highly valued.Proven management experience—successfully leading teams, overseeing consultants, and managing complex processes under tight deadlines.Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple races and responsibilities simultaneously without losing track of details, and an ability to work proactively and independently.Experience ensuring compliance with FEC regulations and managing reporting processes.Ability to work under pressure, especially during the high-intensity election cycle, with flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed.Excellent communication skills, with a focus on leadership and collaboration across teams.LOCATION:                  Washington, DCSTART DATE:               Early 2026END DATE:       December 2026TRAVEL:                       Little to no travel will be requiredSALARY:                      $120,000 annualized, commensurate with experience This is a temporary [cycle-based], at will position with an anticipated end date of no later than December 15, 2026Our comprehensive benefits package includes:- Medical, dental, and vision; with 100% coverage for eligible staff and their eligible dependents.- Over 25 days of paid time off including; federal holidays, vacation days, and personal days.- Monthly stipends for transportation and cell-phone expenses.- 401k program with up to a 4% employer match.- and more!  House Majority PAC is an equal opportunity employer.
