What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site assessments and follow established guidelines to execute store set projects.
- Merchandise stores using detailed planograms and free-flow merchandising strategies.
- Assemble fixtures, install signage, apply bin tags, and bring clean, organized sales floors to life.
- Ensure pricing and tagging accuracy through system checks and dealer program verification.
- Work closely with store owners and managers to prioritize tasks and maximize project impact.
- Train store teams on merchandising standards, tag maintenance, and planogram execution.
- Deliver professional, customer-first service that strengthens retailer relationships.
- Gather and share dealer feedback to enhance merchandising solutions and overall outcomes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Set Crew Leaders, and sales teams to meet timelines.
- Provide detailed reports on project status, challenges, and store feedback.
- Help onboard and mentor new team members to uphold team excellence.
- Document before-and-after results to demonstrate improvements in flow, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Track key project metrics (timeliness, quality, adherence to budget).
- Share insights with leadership to support continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as needed.
