Store Program Setup Associate

Love hands-on work and life on the road?
As a Store Set Associate with House-Hasson, you’ll travel across our 24-state territory transforming retail stores—building layouts, resetting aisles, and creating clean, shopper-friendly spaces that drive sales. You’ll work alongside a Set Crew Leader to turn outdated stores into organized, high-impact retail environments.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and reset stores using planograms and merchandising guidelines

• Assemble fixtures, install signage, tag products, and organize sales floors

• Ensure pricing and tagging accuracy

• Partner with store owners and managers to prioritize work

• Train store teams on merchandising standards

• Collaborate with project, sales, and set teams to meet timelines

• Report progress, capture before-and-after results, and share feedback

• Help mentor new team member

Experience & Requirements

• 1 year of retail merchandising or store execution experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Willingness to travel up to 100% across the service region

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–85 lbs regularly

• Comfortable climbing ladders and installing signage

• Able to handle frequent travel and varied retail environments
