As our Transfer Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind inter-warehouse product movement — coordinating transfers, balancing inventory, and making sure shipments move efficiently, accurately, and on time. If you love fast-paced environments, solving logistical puzzles, and being the go-to person who keeps everything flowing smoothly, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
You’ll be the connection point between distribution centers, purchasing, warehouse teams, and transportation partners — ensuring inventory flows smoothly and accurately.

Coordinate inter-warehouse transfers of hardware, tools, seasonal merchandise, and bulk inventory.

Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

Prepare and verify transfer orders, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.

Track inventory movement within our ERP/WMS systems.

Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, shortages, or delays.

Support inventory balancing across distribution centers.

Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards.

Assist with seasonal builds, promotions, and large-volume transfers.

Provide performance reports and key metrics to leadership.

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations.

Wholesale or hardware industry experience preferred.

Knowledge of freight coordination (LTL, FTL, parcel) is a plus.

Understanding of inventory control or cycle counting is helpful.
Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
