What You’ll Do
- Grow your territory by identifying new business opportunities and turning leads into long-term customers
- Strengthen relationships with existing accounts while continuously expanding your reach
- Showcase our product line through effective presentations and hands-on demonstrations
- Work alongside marketing to roll out targeted promotions that resonate in your area
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key wins
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer visits
- Deliver reliable, high-quality service that builds trust and repeat business
- Support additional initiatives and projects as needed

What You Bring
- Experience in sales and account management, ideally within hardware, retail, or building materials
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A results-driven mindset with solid organization and time management skills
- Comfort working independently and managing a territory day-to-day
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned region
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar platforms
Preferred Background
- 2–4 years of sales experience
- Experience managing customer relationships and growing accounts
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
