House-Hasson Hardware is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales growth and business development for our territory covering Virginia, North Carolina, South Carlonia, Tennessee and Georgia.
The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who enjoys developing people, building partnerships, and growing business through teamwork, accountability, and strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Territory Managers across the region.
- Drive sales growth, customer retention, and new business development.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Partner with internal teams to execute sales strategies and company initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities and develop plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and growth.
- Utilize data, business insights, and sales tools to support decision-making and results.
- Lead through change while maintaining a strong focus on customer success and team engagement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales leadership experience preferred, including leading teams of ten (10) or more employees.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a proven ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial performance analysis, and strategic planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and other business technology tools.
- Hardware industry knowledge preferred.
- Ability to travel 50% to 75% of the time, including overnight travel.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
