- Signed subcontractor agreement and W-9 for 1099 setup
- Set your own hourly rate (we pay you directly for jobs completed)
- 2 years’ experience in handyman/home repair or related trades
- Skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, installs, etc.
- Tech-savvy and organized
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Customer rapport and upselling (bonus opportunity)
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Will to take background check
