Duties
- Must be highly experienced in drywall installation and finishing
- Must reside within 20 miles of central Colorado Springs
- 3 years of experience as a paid professional handyman
- Perform general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting to address maintenance requests efficiently
- Use tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and specialized equipment like ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues accurately
- Conduct inspections to identify potential hazards or areas needing repair before they become major problems
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and parts replaced for each project
- Collaborate with clients or property managers to understand specific needs and provide clear solutions
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes to guarantee safe environments
- Manage time effectively to prioritize urgent repairs while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Skills
- Proven experience in handyman services or related maintenance roles with a broad skill set across multiple trades
