Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of handyman or construction-related experience.
• Proficiency in home repairs, remodels, carpentry, light plumbing, drywall, flooring, painting, and light electrical work.
• Experience estimating project costs and preparing detailed quotes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions effectively.
• Organized and dependable with excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have own tools or be willing to acquire them.
• Professional attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
