You’re reliable, independent, and willing to follow systems that help the business run smoothly.Minimum RequirementsCertified Personal Trainer (NASM preferred, but not required)2 years of experience (3 preferred)Specialization or comfort working with:Older populationsClients recovering from knee, shoulder, and back injuries or surgeriesTraining beginners who may feel intimidated by strength trainingStrong understanding of progressive overload, supersets, and programmingComfortable with virtual coaching and remote programming (with monthly client check-ins)Able to safely lift at least 100 lbs (our adjustable dumbbells average 80 lbs each—trainers must move them into client homes)Must have a reliable vehicle (this job requires regular driving—if your car has frequent issues or you're on a strict mileage lease, this may not be a fit)Must be comfortable driving in inclement weather—we show up rain, shine, or snowMust pass a background checkMust be comfortable navigating unfamiliar neighborhoods and working solo in client homesPay & Perks$45 per session trained$25/hr for up to 4 hours/month of administrative work$1,000/year car maintenance reimbursement(starting at the end of year one)No marketing responsibilities – Focus on training, not chasing leadsClient retention is strong – Most clients commit to 12, 28, or 52-week terms and renew at least onceGround-floor opportunity – Be part of something growing.
