We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented hand rollers to join our production team. This role is responsible for hand-rolling high-quality rolls while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency. If you take pride in your craft and have experience rolling, we want to work with you.
Responsibilities:
- Hand roll pre-rolls with consistency and precision
- Maintain quality control standards for size, weight, and appearance
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Keep a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all state compliance and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members and production staff
Qualifications:
- Prior hand rolling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be 21 and able to work in a licensed cannabis facility
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience:
- Cannabis industry experience
- High-volume rolling experience
- Knowledge of strains and product quality
