Director of Operations – Medical Aesthetics
Hourglass Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, driven Director of Operations to lead daily operations, support revenue growth, and oversee an exceptional client and team experience. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or high-end service environments who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
The Director of Operations will work closely with ownership, providers, and staff to ensure smooth operations, strong sales performance, and a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency, organization, and profitability
- Lead, train, and manage front desk, and clinical support staff
- Drive revenue growth through scheduling optimization, sales performance, promotions, and client retention
- Monitor KPIs including bookings, conversion rates, rebooking, retail sales, and utilization
- Ensure exceptional client experience from first contact through follow-up
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, promotions, and growth initiatives
- Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, and workflow optimization
- Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and team accountability
- Ensure compliance with all medical, privacy, and operational policies
- Handle client concerns or escalations professionally and efficiently
- Maintain strong knowledge of all services, pricing, and promotions
- Support marketing efforts including campaigns, events, and internal promotions
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven leadership or management experience (medical aesthetics, healthcare, spa, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong sales mindset with experience driving bookings and revenue
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Comfortable analyzing reports, metrics, and performance data
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a strong client-service focus
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
Preferred Experience
- Experience in medical aesthetics or cosmetic practices strongly preferred
- Experience with Zenoti or similar medical CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
