Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and insure they are active members before serving alcohol
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service policies and dietary considerations
- Handle cash register operations accurately and process transactions promptly

Experience
- Prior experience working as a bar server or bartender, along with mixed drink experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards
- Experience with working alone with larger crowds
- Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for hospitality and food safety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
