All Airs Home Services is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Kennesaw, GA.

Schedule
- Full-time On Site
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift
Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Partner with the General Manager to review financial results and provide accounting support
- Support payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
- Prepare audit and tax support schedules.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or trades is a plus.
