We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Understands that every child has a unique personality and learning style.
- Creates a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom where students feel safe, respected, and encouraged.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can confidently navigate a computer and use basic educational technology, including email, word processing, internet research, and online learning platforms.
- Builds strong relationships with students and parents.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management while leading with patience, kindness, and consistency.
- Supports students' social-emotional development and fosters confidence, responsibility, and respect.
- Enjoys working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those who may require additional learning support or special education accommodations.
Qualifications
- Teaching experience is preferred.
- Retired teachers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Preschool education experience is a plus.
- Relevant teaching certifications or educational licenses are desirable but not required for every position.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for helping children succeed are our highest priorities.
Responsibilities

- Maintain student records and lesson plans using computer-based tools.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
