Duties

- Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods, especially during banquets or events.
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with health regulations.
