Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers)

Troubleshoot advanced electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues

Resolve warranty, callback, and escalated service calls with permanent solutions

Verify system performance after repairs (airflow, temperature split, charge)

Communicate findings and repair options clearly to homeowners

Document all work accurately in the service management system

Mentor and support junior technicians as needed

Maintain a clean service vehicle and professional appearance

Follow all safety procedures, EPA regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

5 years residential HVAC service experience
-
EPA Universal Certification
-
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics

Comfortable using mobile and digital service platforms
Preferred Qualifications

NATE Certification(s)

Experience with variable-speed and communicating systems
