Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Attleboro, MA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing rehabilitation services to help patients recover and achieve their wellness and activity goals. Duties include conducting physical evaluations, implementing therapy interventions, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with both patients and fellow team members to deliver high-quality care. This role focuses on fostering a welcoming, supportive environment while helping patients achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and skills in Medicine and Physical Therapy to design and deliver effective treatment plans
- Expertise in Rehabilitation and Patient Care to assess, track progress, and support patient recovery journeys
- Experience with Home Care services to accommodate patients with specific needs outside the clinic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaborate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Experience within outpatient physical therapy or sports medicine is a plus
