Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures, as well as proficiency in medical documentation and imaging systems.

Duties

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques.
• Take medical imaging using digital X-ray systems and 3D scanners as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Manage appointment scheduling, including confirming appointments and follow-ups.
• Ensure the dental clinic is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
• Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care processes.

Experience

• Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation systems is advantageous.
• Experience with dental imaging techniques and equipment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
